By installing or using StyleMaxx, you agree to these terms. If you do not, please do not use the app.
What StyleMaxx is
StyleMaxx is an AI-powered personal style analysis app for iOS. You provide a single selfie; the app analyzes your facial features and returns a 5-card personal style report (color palette, drape test, hair, glasses, grooming) as a PDF saved to your device. The analysis is provided "as is" for entertainment and educational purposes; outcomes are advisory, not professional styling advice.
Purchase terms
- StyleMaxx is sold as a one-time in-app purchase. We do not use auto-renewing subscriptions.
- First-time purchase: $19.99 (or the equivalent in your local currency, as set by the App Store).
- Loyalty pricing for returning users: 25% off for your second analysis ($14.99), 50% off for your third and subsequent analyses ($9.99). Loyalty discounts are linked to the device you originally purchased on. Reinstalling or switching devices resets your loyalty counter.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Each purchase entitles you to one full 5-card style report. Reports are saved to your device's Files app and remain accessible offline forever.
- No subscription. No recurring billing. No surprise charges.
Refunds
- StyleMaxx does not offer refunds for completed analyses. The AI generation is performed at the moment of purchase, and the report is delivered to your device immediately.
- Refunds, if any, are handled exclusively by Apple per the App Store refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.
- If you believe a purchase was made in error, contact Apple Report a Problem.
Your license
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use StyleMaxx on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell the app.
Your data
Your selfie is processed once and deleted immediately. Your saved reports live on your device. You own them. See the Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
Acceptable use
- Submit photos of yourself only. Do not submit photos of other people without their explicit consent, and never submit photos of minors.
- Do not submit photos with adult, violent, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate content. We use automated moderation; flagged content is rejected without refund.
- Do not attempt to abuse loyalty pricing through chargeback fraud, multi-account abuse, or programmatic interaction with the AI generation pipeline.
- Do not reverse-engineer the app or attempt to bypass paid features.
AI-generated content disclaimer
StyleMaxx uses generative AI to produce style recommendations. The output is probabilistic and may not be perfectly accurate. Style "seasons" and recommended palettes are derived from traditional color theory; treat them as helpful guidance, not authoritative determination.
Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions don't allow these exclusions, so they may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of StyleMaxx. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws.
Termination
You may stop using StyleMaxx at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms in a material way. Reports already saved to your device are unaffected by termination.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Where local consumer law gives you stronger rights, those rights prevail.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or via the date at the top of this page. Continued use after the update means you accept the new terms.
