FocusHabit is an offline productivity app for iOS and Android that helps users run Pomodoro focus sessions and track habit streaks.
FocusHabit offers a one-time in-app purchase (lifetime unlock) through the Apple App Store and Google Play.
Purchases are processed by Apple and Google, not by the developer directly.
RevenueCat is used only to validate purchases and manage entitlement status (for example, whether lifetime unlock is active).
The developer does not receive or store full payment card details.
If you buy the lifetime unlock, premium access is intended to remain available for the lifetime of the app, subject to continued platform support and compliance with these Terms.
FocusHabit currently does not offer auto-renewing subscriptions and does not provide a free trial.
FocusHabit includes an in-app restore purchases action for supported store accounts. Restore availability and eligibility are determined by Apple App Store and Google Play policies.
The app, including its design, text, code, and branding, is owned by Oscar Le Huu or licensed to the developer.
All AI-generated content included in the app is owned by the app developer.

FocusHabit is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, no warranties are given about uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.
These Terms remain in effect while you use FocusHabit. The developer may limit or terminate access to the app if required to protect the app, comply with law, or address misuse.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on the legal pages with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
